The website provides information about our services and a way to request a quote. Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take on the project. A signed estimate or written agreement is required before any work begins.

Internal tools (admin)
Portions of this site, including the admin and quote-builder tools at /admin, are restricted internal tools for authorized employees and agents of Sculpted Grounds. Access is granted by authentication only. Unauthorized access, attempts to bypass authentication, or use of the tools by anyone other than authorized personnel is prohibited.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, project photos, brand marks, page layouts, and the underlying code — is owned by Sculpted Grounds or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial reference (such as saving a quote you received from us) is fine.
Estimates and pricing
Any pricing shown on the site is for informational purposes only. A binding price for your specific project is set by a written estimate after we review the site, scope, and material selections. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Final invoicing is handled through QuickBooks. Deposit and balance terms are stated on each estimate.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind the work we install. The specific warranty for each project is stated on the estimate. Manufacturer warranties on materials are governed by the manufacturer's own terms.
Photos and content
Photos of completed projects on this site are owned by Sculpted Grounds. We may take and use photos of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and training purposes. If you do not want photos of your project used publicly, tell us in writing before the job begins.
Third-party services
We use third-party services to run the business (QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Resend, OpenPhone, Vercel). These services have their own terms, which apply to the parts of our work that involve them. See our

Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about the accuracy or availability of information on the site itself. The pricing formulas, estimates, and material recommendations published here are based on conditions as of the “last updated” date and may change.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sculpted Grounds harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
